Candlewyck is located 3 miles west of Grove off Har-Ber road; just follow the signs to Har-Ber Village and Candlewyck. Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. To make reservations, call 918 786-3636.

  • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., Check-out time is 11:00 a.m..

  • Room rates are based on double occupancy ($10 per additional guest) and are subject to change without notice.

  • All units have a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee service, & many other amenities.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover to hold your reservation.

  • Reservations by cash or personal check are held for five days pending receipt of an advance payment of 50% of the total amount.

  • Cancellations for the Large Home are required to be made 30 days prior to check-in date or you forfeit your deposit.

  • Cancellations for Cottages, Suites, and Hotel Rooms made 14 days prior to check-in date will be able to put their deposits toward another date. Cancellations made after 14 days will forfeit their deposit.

  • There are no refunds for early departures.

  • All rooms in the Resort are NONSMOKING (smoking is permitted on the porches, patios, and the grounds)

  • Sorry, pets are not permitted.

  • Gift Certificates are available and are a wonderful and unique gift.

Room Rates Range

  1. Hotel Rooms - King (2 People) and Double Queen (up to 3 people, $10.00 for each additional Person) - $99.00 nightly plus tax
  2. King Size Suites - $115.00 nightly plus tax
  3. Honeymoon Suites - $179.00 nightly plus tax
  4. One Bedroom Cottages - $179.00 nightly plus tax
  5. 2 Bedroom Cottages - $200.00 nightly plus tax
  6. Home - 3 Bedrooms - 2 bath - $450.00 per night, $1800.00 per week plus tax
  7. Large Homes - 5/6 Bedrooms - 3/4 Bath - $550.00 per night, $2300.00 per week plus tax
