Room rates are based on double occupancy ($10 per additional guest) and are subject to change without notice.

All Deluxe Suites/Hotel Rooms and our Lakefront Cottage have a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee service, & many other amenities. All Luxury Homes, Townhomes and Cottages have full kitchens.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover for deposits and reservations.

Reservations by cash or personal check are held for five days pending receipt of an advance payment equal to a one night stay. We still require a credit card be placed on file. If you do not have one, we require the full rental amount in advance.

Cancellations for the Luxury Homes are required to be made 30 days prior to check-in date or you forfeit your entire rental amount if we cannot re-rent the home. If we can re-rent the home you will only forfeit your deposit.

Cancellations for Townhomes, Cottages and Deluxe Suites/Hotel Rooms made 14 days prior to check-in date will have their deposit returned. If cancellations are made less than 14 days before your check-in date you will forfeit your depsit. ON HOLIDAYS, IF CANCELLATIONS ARE MADE LESS THAN 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR CHECK-IN DATE YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE RENTAL AMOUNT.

There are no refunds for early departures.

All rooms in the Resort are NONSMOKING (smoking is permitted on the porches, patios, and the grounds). Any indication of smoking in the rooms could result in a $100 cleaning fee.
